Welcome to Restore Counseling.

Mental health care individualized to your needs.

Approach

Restore Counseling exists to aid individuals and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, and other mental health-related challenges. Throughout our lives we are often faced with life stressors and traumatic events that result in anxiety, depression, and other disruptive emotions. However, there is no need to carry these burdens through life and many of these problems can be addressed quickly and easily through individual or family therapy. Therapy can aid us in gaining new insights into how these past events, and our response to them, create the “road blocks” in our lives and provide practical solutions and healing, leading to happier and healthier living. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, depending on your individual needs and you will always find my office welcoming and free of judgment.

Providing in-person and remote therapy

My office is located in Bountiful, Utah and provides a safe, peaceful, and private venue for therapy. If for any reason you are unable to make it into the office, or simply prefer therapy from the comfort of your home, teletherapy is available utilizing a secure, private connection.
